Terms of use

Access to the reserved area is allowed only to the persons authorised by the organisation, each with personal credentials and an assigned role.

Users must keep their credentials safe and promptly report any unauthorised access.

The widget may be embedded only on the domains listed in the configuration. Embedding is controlled through security headers (Content-Security-Policy with the list of authorised domains).

It is forbidden to modify, obfuscate or repackage the widget or to use it to collect data for purposes other than the quote request.

OneSpec may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons, reducing inconvenience as far as possible.

Specific service levels (SLA): unless otherwise agreed in writing, OneSpec aims for a monthly availability target of 99.5% (excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance), without automatic credits; dedicated service levels and response times can be agreed in writing with the Enterprise Customer.

OneSpec's software, interface and documentation remain the property of CORE829 SRL. The Customer's data, price lists and trademarks remain the property of the Customer.
