Cookies and similar technologies

Which cookies and local storage the onespec.eu website and the platform use.
Essential technical cookies
Authentication uses a session cookie needed for the reserved area to work. Without this cookie you cannot sign in. It does not require consent.
Both the onespec.eu website and the platform save the chosen language in a technical cookie («NEXT_LOCALE»), to show you the pages in your language on your next visit. It contains no personal data and does not require consent.
Functional local storage
The theme preference (light/dark) is saved in the browser through localStorage with the key «onespec-theme». It is technical data that does not leave the device.
Invite code (local storage)
If you reach OneSpec from an invite link (containing «?ref=…»), the invite code is saved in the browser through localStorage with the key «onespec-ref» for 30 days, solely to link your registration to the person who invited you. It is not a cookie, contains no personal data and is not sent to third parties; you can delete it at any time by clearing the site data.
Anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The sign-in, sign-up, password recovery and «Contact us» forms, and quotes sent from the widget, use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is filling them in. It is a strictly necessary security measure and does not require consent; it is not used for advertising or to profile users.
Performance measurement
Page performance is measured with Vercel Speed Insights, which uses no cookies and does not track individual users.
Visit statistics (with prior consent)
On the onespec.eu website and on the platform we use Vercel Web Analytics to count visited pages in aggregate form (page, country, type of device and browser). It uses no cookies, creates no profiles and cannot recognise you from one day to the next; before sending, we strip parameters and the codes of private links from page addresses.
It is activated only if you accept the optional tools in the cookie banner; until you accept, or if you refuse, nothing is sent. You can change your mind at any time: on the website from the «Cookie preferences» link at the bottom of the page.
Recording your cookie choice
Your choice in the banner (accept / refuse) is saved in the browser through localStorage, with the key «onespec-cookie-consent» on the platform and «onespec-site-consent» on the website, so that we do not ask you at every visit. It is technical data that does not leave the device.
Analytics and session recording (with prior consent)
We use PostHog for product analytics and session recording (clicks, scrolling, navigation path) and Sentry Replay to see visually what caused a technical error — both serve to find and fix malfunctions of the platform. Values typed into form fields always remain masked in the recording.
These tools are not activated automatically: on first access a banner asks for consent; until it is accepted, no browsing data is collected by these tools. Technical error reporting alone (without visual recording or browsing data) always stays on, as a security and stability measure of the service.
No third-party advertising or commercial profiling cookies are used.
